There are several Diploma courses which may be undertaken following successful completion of this course.

The knowledge and skills you will acquire during this program will equip you to contribute effectively to your organisation in a supervisory role. Individuals in the workplace are now required to be skilled, flexible, innovative and entrepreneurial, seeking improvement in performance and promoting organisational growth and change. The Frontline Management Program covers competency standards (skills and knowledge) identified as appropriate across a range of management functions which leads to better performance as an operational manager.
