| Pathways
This course is for those who wish to enhance their prospects
of employment in office based jobs. It covers aspects of staff
development, customer service and the computer applications
commonly used in the modern office. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
and PowerPoint are presented for those with little or no computing
skills. There are no pre-requisites for this course. Successful
students in this course receive a Statement of Attainment, which
contributes to a Certificate III in Business Administration.
Delivery
The course is run over five days of seven hours each or
ten evenings of three and a half hours each. The day course
is run over five consecutive Mondays, the evening course over
five consecutive Monday/Thursdays. Students will be given
take-home assignments for each unit to supplement the class
work. The fee for this course varies according to the venue,
but is priced from $1,200. Individual units and RPL services
